ULTRAGLIDE X5 Rocol

ULTRAGLIDE X5 is a machine tool slideway lubricant, designed to provide excellent lubrication and corrosion protection for machine tool slideway systems. Formulated to be compatible with water mix cutting and grinding fluids, it reduces the formation of solids and therefore the possibility of oily blockages, which cause expensive downtime and repairs. Thanks to its rapid demulsification characteristic, the product eliminates the formation of grease-like deposits in oilways and under machine tool slideways, and overcomes the ‘stick slip’ phenomena, eliminating chatter and vibration and ensuring smooth and precise movement. ULTRAGLIDE X5 is silicone-free, highly resistant to wash-off and has excellent lubrication characteristics. The high film strength prevents metal-to-metal contact, reducing wear of the coated components and protecting them from corrosion and staining.
