ULTRAFORM 1060 Rocol

ULTRAFORM 1060 is a high performance, fast drying cold metal forming lubricant, designed for use with a wide range of ferrous and non-ferrous metals, including galvanised and zinc coated steels. It minimises ‘slug pulling’ on thin gauge materials, maximises tool life and provides increased production rates and reduced product usage. Extreme pressure additives successfully prevent splitting, scoring and metal pick up between the workpiece and the tool, resulting in minimal scrap rates. The lubricant works as a vanishing film, eliminating the need to heat, clean or degrease components once formed. Made only from FDA listed ingredients, the product is suitable for food packaging. ULTRAFORM 1060 can be applied by brush, drip, roller, airspray or airless spray systems.
