ULTRAFORM 1050 Rocol

ULTRAFORM 1050 is a high performance, low viscosity cold metal forming lubricant, designed for use with a wide range of ferrous and non-ferrous metals, including galvanised and Zintec coated steels. It minimises ‘slug pulling’ on thin gauge materials. Extreme pressure additives successfully prevent scoring and metal pick up between the workpiece and the tool, and provide increased production rates and cost efficiency. Easily cleaned, the lubricant works as a vanishing film, eliminating the need to heat, clean or degrease components once formed. ULTRAFORM 1050 can be applied by brush, drip, roller, airspray or airless spray systems.

Application: Cold forming of ferrous and non-ferrous metals.
