Refill Cartridge for FOODLUBE Autolube Rocol

FOODLUBE Autolube is an electromechanical, reusable, automatic lubricator containing the multi-purpose, high performance FOODLUBE Premier 1 grease, designed for use in the food, pharmaceutical and other clean industries and environments. Autolube’s capacity is 120ml per cartridge, this can be set to dispense over a time period of 1-12 months. A pressure build up to 6 bar allows remote mounting up to 3 metres. LED lighting flashes green when in operation and red when the unit is empty. The temperature range of the grease is -30°C to +180°C, the temperature range of the Autolube unit is -10°C to +60°C. FOODLUBE Premier is a soft, white, non-toxic food grade grease that provides excellent water wash off resistance and corrosion protection. The excellent stability of the formula allows for longer relubrication intervals and a reduction in product usage. It exhibits excellent EP performance wth a 4-ball weld load of 315kg. Improved pumpability makes it particularly suitable for applications where long pipe runs or small bore tubing is present. FOODLUBE Premier 1 is manufactured from only FDA listed ingredients and does not contain mineral hydrocarbons, animal derived materials, nut oils or genetically modified ingredients and is MOSH/MOAH-free.
