Helagaine HEGEMIP copper-tin shielded protective braid.

The HEGEMIP series shielding braids provide excellent electromagnetic protection. They are made of a braid of tinned copper wires and a polyester thread mixture. As a result, the braids are flexible, stretchable, and easy to use. They quickly return to their nominal diameter and do not break even under strong bending, ensuring perfect protection against abrasion. They are resistant to distortion and mechanical damage, with a stretching range of 3:1. They are designed for use in restricted spaces and in moving installations. The braids come with a one-time internal wire that protects it during transport and facilitates application to the wire. They meet the requirements of the international CISPR25 standard (10 kHz to 1 GHz) for radio interference in vehicles, boats, and engines.

Application:
HEGEMIP shielding braids are ideal for industrial conditions. They are usually used to protect wires in devices with very sensitive electronics, such as electric machines, military equipment, radio equipment, vehicles, and electronically controlled automotive components.
