Product Details

P12 Silicone Thermal Compound in white color for heat dissipation, used in the assembly of semiconductors such as diodes, transistors, and thyristors. It has very good stability at high temperatures.

P12 paste is particularly used in semiconductor technology as a radiator paste. Where good heat exchange between the semiconductor and cooling element is important, a thin layer of P12 paste is recommended.

The operating temperature ranges from -40C to 200C.
