P12 Silicone Thermal Grease - white thermal conductive paste for heat dissipation, used in the installation of semiconductors such as diodes, transistors, and thyristors. It has excellent stability at high temperatures.
P12 paste is particularly used in semiconductor technology as a radiator paste. Where good heat exchange between the semiconductor and cooling element is important, a thin layer of P12 paste is recommended.
Operating temperature ranges from -40C to 200C.
