AEROSPEC 3052 Rocol

AEROSPEC 3052 is a general purpose, lithium complex airframe grease designed for use in extremely low temperatures. It has excellent shear stability and low viscosity, reducing fretting wear and stress pitting and providing exceptional corrosion resistance for all high strength steel and alloy gear components. The product is resistant to water washout, providing excellent performance of airframe components, even in the presence of water and other extreme conditions. Thanks to very low starting and running torque figures, the grease provides exceptional stability at extremely low temperatures. Common applications of the grease include outboard and inboard flaps and slats, ground/flight spoilers, elevators, stabilisers, landing gear bushings, rudders and ailerons.

Application: Lubrication of airframe components, including bearings, rotary actuators, gearboxes, bushes and sliding surfaces where high loads are encountered.
