METALFLO 1204 Rocol

METALFLO 1204 is a dispersion of graphite in a non-melting grease, designed for the lubrication of dies and pegs in hot brass and copper stamping where maximum heat resistance is required. It is also suitable for lubricating bearings conducting electrical current on seam welding machines. Easily applied as a thin film, the grease provides good metal flow, ensuring complete die filling, with minimal staining, as it's easily removed by regular pickling processes. METALFLO 1204 can be applied to very hot surfaces without running. The grease should be applied, without dilution, by swab or brush directly to the die surface.

Application: Lubrication of dies and pegs in hot brass and copper stamping.
