Spiral hoses are a standard solution for managing and protecting cables and flexible hoses. Thanks to their structure, they can be installed on pipes, cables, or tubes after they have been mounted. Additionally, hoses can be partially or completely unwound at any time and in any direction. HellermannTyton spiral hoses are available in a wide range of sizes, colors, and materials: • Standard polyethylene (SBPE) for general applications • Flame-retardant polyethylene (SBPEFR) offers increased fire resistance • Polyamide (SBPA) with increased mechanical resistance • Flame-retardant polyamide (SBPAV0) compliant with UL94 standard provides high fire resistance in class V0, for special applications, especially in railway and aviation applications • PTFE (SBPTFE) offers increased protection against wear and excellent chemical and temperature resistance.
