Thermal transfer dye-sublimation tapes for printing on shrinkable t-shirts have been designed to ensure maximum print clarity and durability. The material is ready to use immediately after printing, without the need for additional marking fixation operations. To achieve the best possible print, it is necessary to use the appropriate dye-sublimation tape in combination with the appropriate material. HellermannTyton tapes have been specially developed to provide maximum print clarity and resistance. The highest aging resistance and chemical resistance of the print on shrinkable t-shirts can be achieved by using the TTRC+ tape. It has a special, patented pigment with excellent UV resistance. This pigment contains a solvent that allows it to slowly penetrate the material after printing, ensuring excellent chemical resistance after 48 to 72 hours. It meets the following standards: MIL-STD-202G (method 215J), BS 4G 198-3 (type 11A), and Def. Stan. 59-97 Issue 3 Type 2a for shrinkable labels. Particularly clear and abrasion-resistant printing is achieved using the TTDTHOUT tape. It meets the following standards: MIL-STD-202G (method 215J) for both shrinkable and non-shrinkable labels, BS 4G 198-3 (type 11A), and Def. Stan. 59-97 Issue 3 Type 2a for shrinkable labels. Both tapes are used for printing on white or yellow shrinkable t-shirts, especially in the railway, defense, and medical industries. The TT822OUT8 tape is designed for printing on black shrinkable sleeves. It has a unique silver-gray color that provides excellent contrast on black material. In applications where even greater contrast is needed, the TTRW tape in white can be used. Both of these dye-sublimation tapes meet the MIL-STD-202G (method 215J) standard for shrinkable labels.
