The two-part securing element consists of a cable tie and a tree-like stopper element, assembled together and ready for use. The tree-like securing element is simply pressed into a previously prepared hole, which may also be non-through. Several layers of lamellas ensure a very good and secure attachment. Additionally, the head of the securing element has a small plate that partially prevents dirt and water from entering the hole. Originally designed for the automotive industry to secure wiring harnesses, due to its simplicity and quick installation, the product has found applications in many industries, from aviation, through switchboard installation, to washing machine production.
