Additionally, the TiN coating prevents the drill from overheating (low friction coefficient). The heat generated during work mainly goes to the chips and coolant. These properties make TiN drills very durable. The speed of titanium drills is 40-60% faster than traditional high-speed steel drills. The feed speed is also increased by 10-20% without significantly reducing the drill's durability. The 135-degree Split Point angle reduces pressure during drilling and ensures efficiency and perfect centering.
