PLASTIK 20L Cramolin Protective Coating.

A universal transparent protective coating based on acrylic resins. PLASTIK lacquer is mainly designed for printed circuit boards (PCBs) and electronic components. It creates a shiny, flexible protective layer against acids, salts, fungi, corrosion, temperature, mechanical damage, alkalis, alcohol, moisture, and harmful environmental conditions. It maintains its effectiveness in temperatures ranging from -70°C to +120°C. It adheres to various materials such as metal, plastic, wood, cardboard, glass, etc. It does not drip and allows for soldering through the layer of lacquer.

Application: A universal, fast-drying, transparent acrylic coating with excellent insulating properties. It isolates and protects electronics - printed circuit boards, components, wires, cables, high-voltage transformers, electric motor windings, and other elements operating in unfavorable weather conditions. It seals plastic plugs and sockets. In automotive applications, it prevents sparking and short-circuits. In the energy and electromechanical industries, it creates protective layers. It creates a protective and insulating layer against atmospheric influences such as moisture, oxidation, dust, chemical pollutants, and is resistant to diluted acids, alkalis, and atmospheric agents. It has a water-resistant effect on materials such as cardboard, wood, and leather and adheres well to metal, plastic, and wood surfaces. It eliminates sparking, short-circuits, corona discharges, electrical discharges, current leaks, and overflows. It does not change transparency and flexibility even after a long time. Soldering through the layer of lacquer is possible.
Instructions for use: The elements must be free of grease, oils, waxes, etc. Apply to the entire surface from a distance of 30 cm. In case of a blocked hole, use a solvent (PLASTIK SOLVENT), acetone, or turpentine.
