Product Details
BLOC JELT is a lacquer based on a mixture of cellulose nitrates and methacrylic copolymer in a solvent. Its purpose is to provide blocking and inviolability of screws. It also protects screws subject to vibrations and allows for warranty control in terms of dismantling the device. Thanks to its thixotropic properties, it can be used on vertical surfaces. It comes in green and red colors. Application: Securing screws and nuts in electronic devices. Technical data: Consistency: Thick, opaque green or red liquid Density @ 20°C: 0.95 - 1.05 g/cm3 Viscosity @ 20°C: 800 +/- 50 cP Application temperature: -40°C / +135°C Drying time: 10 minutes Elasticity: Coating rupture after drying Solvent: ethyl acetate or butyl acetate Resistance to solvents: Good.
