URETHANE CLEAR 5L Cramolin protective coating.

Creates a stable protective and insulating layer on electronic and electro-energetic elements. It is self-adjusting and has increased resistance. It is a one-component polyurethane coating of high quality that acts as a varnish, insulator and protective agent. It provides long-term protection against corrosion, moisture, salts, fungi, mechanical damage and atmospheric conditions. It eliminates sparking, short circuits, corona discharges, electrical discharge, overvoltage, breakdowns and leakage currents.

Application: Creates a hard, elastic and non-conductive coating that adheres and protects perfectly. Designed for long-term protection of elements such as printed circuits, electronic components, cables, wires, electric motor windings, electro-energetic accessories, measuring systems, cylindrical coils, electromechanical tools, terminals, transformers and electrical installation cables. It is waterproof and anti-fungal. Protects all types of metals from moisture. It has excellent insulating properties. Unique combination of hardness, elasticity and good adhesive properties. Easy and efficient to use (without chemical additives). It has high specific and surface resistance, low relative electric permeability and low dielectric loss coefficient. As it is a thermosetting material, soldering through its coating is difficult.
How to use: Surface should be cleaned before use (DEGREASER is recommended). Shake and spray from a distance of 30cm. Repeat the application after 24 hours if necessary. After use, turn the container upside down and press the spray several times. If clogged, rinse with URETHANESOLVENT or acetone.
