SAPPHIRE 2 is a heavy duty grease designed for the effective lubrication and protection of all types of ball, roller and plain bearings, particularly suited to heavily loaded applications. The revolutionary multi-complex soap technology provides outstanding load carrying capability and EP performance with a weld load of 800kg, which is the highest possible result. Highly tenacious, it provides excellent protection against corrosion in humid, damp and even wet conditions. Outstanding film strength ensures the lubricant remains in place, even in severe operating conditions. The product is highly resistant to oxidation and maintains its integrity in extreme working conditions, providing greatly extended lubrication intervals (up to 3 times longer than with conventional lubricants) and reducing equipment failure, downtime and product usage. SAPPHIRE 2 can be applied manually, by a grease gun or keg pump. The blue colour guarantees high visibility. The product is approved for use on cement kilns, plastic film stretching machines, and approved by TTS Syncrolift and Finnish Railways.

Application: Lubrication and protection of ball, roller, plain and thrust bearings in film stretching, docks, ports, manufacturing, heavy industry and automotive and rail applications.
