The continuously increasing demand from mass transportation and automotive industries for stronger cable ties leads to problems related to insulation damage caused by internally toothed standard cable ties, especially when cables are subjected to vibrations. outside serrated cable ties of the OS series solve this problem. The new solution offers high tear resistance, low tightening force, and a smooth surface on the insulation side of the cable, minimizing the risk of damage. The curved shape of the head allows for better fitting of the tie to the cable shape and reduces the amount of space occupied by the head.
