Branching fittings, with four fingers, are used for simple and fast protection of cable branch points with four individual wires. Additionally, in cable bundles, the branching fittings coated with adhesive take on the distribution of mechanical stresses and protect against moisture access. The heat shrinkable finger separators are made of resistant, cross-linked polyolefin containing flame retardant additives. This allows for the use of the fittings both indoors and outdoors, providing excellent mechanical and electrical protection. The fingers are supplied with an internal adhesive coating for some environmental protection, in versions for cables with 2, 3, 4, 5, and 6 wires.
