Thermoshrinkable Helashrink caps from the 1600 series are designed for low voltage and can be used with cables under voltage (0.6/1 kV). They are suitable for use with polymer-insulated cables and paper-insulated cables with lead jackets that may have aluminum or steel reinforcement. The internal adhesive layer provides excellent environmental sealing, and the high shrinkage ratio minimizes the number of required sizes. The caps can be equipped with air valves adapted to work with cable pressure remote monitoring devices.
Application: Protecting cables during storage or transportation.
