Thermoshrink sleeves are used to protect cables from moisture and damage to their ends during storage and transportation. They can also be used as insulation sleeves for low voltage cables under voltage (0.6/1kV). The sleeves are internally coated with thermoplastic adhesive, which ensures tightness. HEK offers a large shrinkage, minimizing the number of required thermoshrink sleeves. They are designed for insulation and protection of all types of low voltage cables with polymer and paper insulation, especially those operating under voltage, installed outside and in the ground.
