Branching fittings, four-fingered, are used for simple and fast protection of cable branchings onto four individual wires. Additionally, in cable bundles, the branching fittings coated with adhesive take on the distribution of mechanical stresses and protect against moisture access. Thermoshrinkable fingered dividers are made of resistant, cross-linked polyolefin containing flame-retardant additives. This allows the use of the fittings both inside and outside. They provide excellent mechanical and electrical protection. The fingered dividers are supplied with an internal adhesive coating for some environmental protection and in versions for cables with 2, 3, 4, 5, and 6 wires.
